High resolution or multicolour mode
I suspect that this switch tells the VIC-II to interpret bits in the 24-bit wide sprite differently. And that setting this to "high-resolution" produces a 24-pixel one-color sprite, while setting it to "multi color" produces a 12-pixels four-color sprite? Or something like that?
Can someone who knows expand this part?
