Novotrade, also known as Novotrade RT or Novotrade Magyarország, was a Hungarian developer and publisher of computer and (later) video games. In the 1980s, Novotrade primarily released games and other software for the C16, though it also produced titles for the C64 and other home computers. In 1989, Novotrade International was founded, and the company also became active in the US market.

In the 1990s, the company also developed many console games, primarily for Sega. Probably the best-known game from this period is Ecco the Dolphin. In 1996, Novotrade was renamed Appaloosa Interactive. The company’s final game was Jaws Unleashed, released in 2006; in 2008, all of Appaloosa Interactive’s websites went offline.
