Greetings Program!

I'm the Sysop for the C64 Club aka Commodore Computer Club and Users Group in Vancouver,WA - USA.

About Me[edit | edit source]

I was born in 1972 and got into computers at a very early age. It all started with the Apple II computer in second grade elementary school and programming with Logo and creating fancy three-dimensional objects. Oh how I miss that little turtle.

My grand parents purchased the video game console Atari 2600 in 1977. I still own that machine to this day. I recall the Atari 2600 getting me into video games.

Thanks to my grand parents, I got my first C64 Christmas morning in December 1983. They also gave me a data cassette drive. Man that thing was slow. About two weeks later they purchased me a 1541 disk drive. Now the fun really started.

Back in the early 1980's I was a Sysop and ran various BBS's and did a lot of programming in BASIC for the Commodore 64. First I had a 300 baud modem, then a 1200 and finally a 2400 baud modem for my Commodore 64. Back then that was really flying fast on the pre-internet days.

Fast forward to present day, I've started the C64 Club aka Commodore Computer Club in Vancouver,WA - USA. I'm still plugging away on my original C64 and doing repairs for friends, family and of course club members.
