About me[edit | edit source]

In the 80s I was one of those lucky kiddos whose parents bought one of those most succesful home computers ever - the Commodore 64. Addicted from the moment I saw that blue screen (of life!) on the television screen, I soon programmed my own stuff in BASIC. Did some assembler too (changing screen color etc), although that seemed to be a little too cryptic. Spent hours and hours playing games of course, and still do. Because those games, packed into 35K of internal memory, last way longer than the average 3D shooter today. I like all initiatives to keep the history of computers alive, especially the gaming part, hence my contribution to the C64 Wiki.

I am creator of DosGamers.com, a website dedicated to the revival of classic DOS Games, but also games from famous home computers like the Commodore 64, Sinclair ZX Spectrum, MSX and Amstrad CPC and classic consoles like the Atari 2600, Nintendo NES and SEGA Genesis/Megadrive.
