The Commodore datassette VIC-1531 (Commdore 1531, in German VC-1531) was developed for the commodore homecomputers C16, C116 or Plus/4). The only difference beetween the datassette VIC-1530 and the VC-1531 is the connector, which is here a 8-pin Mini-DIN-round pin plug. Thereby cannot connected these datasette to the homecomputers C64, C128 or VC 20. With a special adapter can connected these datasette to the computers C64, C128 oder VC 20, too. The color of the VIC-1531 is often dark or sometimes beige-white.
